What we build

Four things, done all the way through.

No subcontracted design, no handoffs between phases. The people who plan it are the people who pour it.

New pool construction

Engineered gunite or concrete (poured-in-place) pools built to your site, not to a catalog shape. Includes structural design, excavation, steel, plumbing, tile, coping, decking and startup — we carry the whole build.

Remodel & resurfacing

Replaster, new waterline tile, coping replacement, re-plumb, and equipment upgrades. Most tired 1990s pools are a good shell with a bad surface — we tell you which one you have before you spend anything.

Oklahoma · St. John

Outdoor living spaces

Patios, outdoor kitchens, fire features, retaining walls and full property renovations. Designed alongside the pool so the deck, the grade and the sightlines resolve together.

Island builds

Building on St. John means barged materials, steep hillside access, and no supply house down the road. We've been solving that since 2004 — sequencing shipments, staging on site, and planning around the season.

How a build goes

It’s a messy process. You should know what week you’re in.

Every stage below gets a call or a text before it starts and a walkthrough when it ends.

01

Design & layout

Site visit, measurements, and a plan drawn to your yard, grade and budget.

02

Permits & excavation

Approvals pulled, utilities located, dig and haul-off. This is the loud week.

03

Steel & plumbing

Rebar cage tied, plumbing run, electrical bonded, and inspected before anything is covered.

04

Shell

The structural shell is shot or poured, then cured for a week with daily water.

05

Tile & coping

Waterline tile, coping stone and raised features set. It starts looking like the drawing.

06

Decking & features

Patio, outdoor kitchen, fire elements and landscaping tie-in.

07

Plaster & startup

Interior finish applied, fill begins immediately, then 28 days of managed startup chemistry — handled by us.

Who you’re hiring

Our customers usually end up friends.

We've been building pools in Oklahoma and the Virgin Islands since 2004 — everything from a small repair to a full hillside build with a barge schedule attached to it.

You're not a client only until the day we finish. Most of the people on this page have had us back years later to push the project further: a deck, an outdoor kitchen, the next phase of the property. That's the part we like.

Call and we'll come look at the yard. No charge, no pressure, and a straight answer about what it will actually cost.

Rough ideas are fine. Photos, a sketch on a napkin, a Pinterest board, or just "we want a pool" — we'll take it from there.
